I have worked in retail store supplies since 2013. In November of 2019, I joined the NAHANCO team as a Strategic Account Executive.

I work directly with our customers, with day-to-day activities evolving constantly to meet their changing needs. Since I handle all aspects of our customers’ accounts, I have the pleasure of working with every department within our company, from procurement to finance to customer service to production and shipping.

I was drawn to work at NAHANCO by their great reputation within the retail industry and my positive experience as one of their customers. People are at the heart of this company. Our team is amazing to work with, and they are dedicated individuals who truly care about the success of our business as well as the success of our customers’ businesses.

I’m a wife and mother of two kids. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, I cherish the summer months, since they leave me time to work in my vegetable garden. Harvesting is a great source of joy for me. I get to cook and share what I grow with my friends and family. My family and I are avid campers. We do one big trip every year that takes us completely off the grid. We disconnect from our busy lives and reconnect as family.

When I first joined NAHANCO as a customer service team member in 2015, I was welcomed with open arms, and immediately felt like part of a family. Joining this group has been one of my best life decisions.

I’ve worked in several departments, including customer service, sales assistance, and now as the customer service manager. I handle customer complaints, orders, and inquiries. My daily goal: to assure customer satisfaction and happiness.

I come from a family of eight. We live in Bennington, VT. I have three daughters, a fiancé, and a granddaughter who melts my heart. I love spending time with my family, baking, cooking, and transforming old treasures into new modern pieces.

I’ve worked with the National Hanger Company since 2010. Before then, to be close to my little ones and help others who couldn’t stay home with theirs, I ran a home daycare for ten years.

Though I’ve worked in all parts of NAHANCO’s factory, I found my calling as a customer account specialist. My day-to-day routine consists of releasing orders to ship out, investigating issues that arise with our clients, processing inventory, and tracking orders to make sure we always meet or exceed client’s expectations.

I’m a wife and mother of two children, both grown now and building their own dreams. My time outside of Nahanco is mostly taken up with raising Rotti, our beautiful Rottweiler pup. I enjoy vacations at the beach, motorcycles, and bonfires.

I joined National Hanger as a factory employee in 2000. After a week, I was approached by the office manager, who asked me if I’d ever worked in an office. I was 20 years old and excited to try something new. I started my office journey in the credit department which after a short time merged into Accounts Receivable.

Though I’ve crossed-trained in different departments, my main passion is Finance. My day-to-day activities mostly involve Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Credit. I also enjoy working with Customer Service, Sales, and Purchasing on a daily basis. In my 23-plus years at NAHANCO, I’ve made many lifelong friendships.

I’m the mother of one daughter who has given me a granddaughter. In my free time, I enjoy camping with family, playing darts, and anything to do with the outdoors.

My career at NAHANCO began in 1994, when I was a still senior in high school, when I worked part time in the assembly department. Once I graduated, I was able to take advantage of a full-time CS position that opened in the office. Since then I’ve dabbled in sales and marketing, but have remained in a customer service position throughout the years.

My present responsibilities consist of leading the Customer Support team, expediting orders with the warehouse groups, assisting customers, and processing the artwork from which our print department creates proofs and plate files for our customers.

I’m thrilled to be part of a great team at NAHANCO. It is my second family. Each day brings unique challenges that I enjoy solving, whether solo or with the help of my fellow employees. We all support each other with the common goal of furthering NAHANCO’s success.

The most challenging thing I’ve experienced at NAHANCO was the pandemic. Every time we thought we had a plan, some new issue would arise, and we had to switch things up. The word “fluid” kept coming up. We worked through those challenges and came back stronger than ever.

In 2000, having worked for ten years as a restraint manager (a job that required me to work nights and weekends), and wanting to simplify my life, I joined the NAHANCO team. My son was six at the time and I didn’t want to miss out on so much of his childhood.

My first position in the company was as a line technician in Assembly. Two years later, I was given the opportunity to manage our Pad Print department. My ten years of management experience gave me the tools I needed to run a successful, constantly changing department. In the Fall of 2019, I was promoted to Head of Manufacturing. This came with an entirely new set of responsibilities and also the opportunity to work with a new group of employees.

In 2021 I was promoted to my current position as Head of Facility. I am responsible for all the employees working in Pad Print, Production, Packing and Warehouse, along with everything made, received, and shipped out the door. I started at NAHANCO in my twenties and plan to retire here. I’m what they call a “lifer.”

I now have two children. My son is grown and on his own; my daughter just turned eight. My personal time is spent creating childhood memories for both. Camping, fishing, vacations and taking care of our fur babies are some of our favorite things to do.

I joined NAHANCO in 2006. I began as an Inventory Management Professional. Over time, I supported our purchasing team. Presently, I’m Senior VP of Strategic Planning. I manage the purchasing team and am responsible for nurturing positive vendor relationships, eliminating redundancy in supply chains, facilitating system set-up and maintenance to support our ERP and all other integrated systems. I play a direct role in executing quotes, purchase orders, freight quotes, and routing arrangements. I also develop and support compliance programs, mentor and manage personnel, and assist in pain-point resolution.

As our client base has grown more sophisticated and diverse over the years, I’ve worked in many capacities to contribute to our top performing customers’ sustained success.

I’m especially proud of the NAHANCO culture and its people.  You won’t find more hardworking and dedicated people anywhere.  Everyday I am humbled and inspired by our team.  We understand everything is about the customer and we make it happen.

I love spending time with family (especially my two boys) and friends! Making memories and having some laughs is priceless. I also love art, music, old houses and antiques. I adore nature and the rustic beauty of the Northeast. I spend time on the river, beach or in the green mountains when I can.  Life is short and I try and make the most of it!

I’ve been with NAHANCO since 2018. I started as an HR Generalist, a position that exposed me to many aspects of the business and built many relationships. In tandem with the company’s owners and leaders, I enacted organizational transitions that helped position the company for growth and success even through tough economic times.

I am currently Senior Vice President of Operations. My job entails general oversight of all daily operations within the facility, as well as coordinating with Ownership to navigate the company’s path forward.

The best part of my job has been taking part in the professional growth of employees whom I’ve promoted through organizational restructuring or transitions. Another high point was taking part in the rapid re-growth of the company following the economic disaster brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic. Taking challenges and turning them into opportunities — that’s been very rewarding.

NAHANCO is a special place made of unique and talented individuals. Through thick and thin we’ve shown that we have what it takes to survive without sacrificing the customer experience.

Motorsports are my personal passion, particularly sportscars and sportscar racing. I hope to take my whole family — my amazing son, my angel of a daughter, and my beautiful wife — to their first IMSA race at Lime Rock Park.

I’ve been with NAHANCO so long now I’ve lost count — at least thirty years. Presently, I’m Vice President and serve on the company’s Board of Directors. I manage new and existing client accounts and play an active role in new product development.

In my spare time here in Vermont, I take part in winter sports and cycling. I’m an avid world traveler.

My journey with NAHANCO began on Oct 13, 1986, when was hired as Accounts Receivable Manager. Since then I’ve done just about everything with the company. Thirty-six years and counting – and I still love my job every day.

Presently, I am President and CEO. My main task comes down to Strategic Planning, so we can provide our customers with the best service (Internal and External) possible.

Our NAHANCO Team has a strong bond. I’ve spent more time with my work family than my “other” family. We are more than co-workers; we’ve invested our lives and our families’ lives to work together to make a good living. Through thick or thin, good times and bad. We’ve survived flood, fire, tornado, financial crises, anthrax scares, Covid, and so much more.  With each crisis we come together as a family and — with great determination — make it to the other side.

I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing customers, helping them create hangers and store fixtures to project their brand image. Many of these customers have become my personal friends, our relationships based on trust and kept promises. I’ve watched single stores grow into chains with hundreds of stores.

NAHANCO is an amazing place to work. It’s more than a “job.” Our creative, dedicated team thrives on its determination to do the very best that it can possibly do. Then we look at that and ask how we can do even better. We’re always asking, “What next?”

I love making memories with family and friends.  I am a very positive person and I try to spread that positivity as widely as I can every day.  I love making other people smile and helping them feel good about themselves and the world. Embrace every day!
