Is my personal information secure?
Yes. The personal data you send us (name, address, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by us.
Will my contact information be sold or rented?
No. National Hanger Company, Inc. / National Store Supply Products will not sell, trade, share or rent your e-mail address. We believe that your email address is personal and should be kept that way. We use your email address to provide you with better customer service support, and to update you on Internet specials that you have requested.

How do I know that you have received my online order?
We will send an email confirming your order along with your order confirmation number
Do you require a minimum order?
No, we do not require a minimum to order. Every order, regardless of size, is important to us!
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, contact us with the specifics and we will quote you a price for large volume orders.
Will I be charged sales tax?
NAHANCO is required by law to collect and pay sales tax in some states. Applicable sales tax will appear in the cart at checkout. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and is calculated as a percentage of the order total. All tangible goods and services (including shipping when applicable) are taxable. If you hold a valid resale certificate in the state you are shipping to or represent a tax exempt institution please call customer service so we may process your order for you. If National Hanger Company has not collected sales tax on your behalf, then please check with your State Tax Department regarding the tax you may owe directly to the State.
How much is my shipping charge?
The Freight is based on weight and zone to be shipped to (ship to zip code). You may estimate ship and tax at any time in your shopping cart. Freight will show during the checkout process.
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
If you're not satisfied please contact our customer service department, explain the problem and they will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. There are no return fees at any time for defective or damaged products. Although there is no restocking fee for undesired products, or products ordered in error, you would be responsible for shipping charges.
How long do I have to return my order?
Within 30 days of receiving your order. Custom orders can not be returned.

When will I receive my order?
In stock (on-line) orders received before 2PM Eastern Standard time ship the same day. All other orders typically ship within 4 to 5 business days.
How long will shipping take once my order leaves your location?

What if my Order arrives Damaged?
If your order arrives in a box that has been damaged during shipping, and the driver is still there, you need sign for the shipment as damaged and contact customer service if the merchandise inside is damaged or missing.
There seems to be something functionally wrong with what I just ordered, how can you help?
Please call customer service with your concerns and see what they can do to help you solve the problem. Oftentimes we will have illustrations to help you with your merchandise.
